Please take notice that the Philippine Librarians Association-National
Capital Region Librarians Council (PLAI-NCRLC) will hold its General
Assembly on the 25th of November 2013, Monday, 1:00-5:00 p.m. at
the Epifanio de los Santos Auditoirum, National Library of the Philippines, T. M. Kalaw St., Ermita, Manila with the following Agenda:

1. Call to order
2. Determination of Presence of Quorum
3. Approval of the Minutes of Last Year’s Annual General Meeting
4. Annual Report of the President
5. Treasurer’s Report
6. Other Matters as may be properly brought before the Meeting
7. Adjournment

 

To encourage further participation and attendance by members, a
Lecture-Forum on “Librarianship With Whole Heart and Mind” will be conducted before the General Assembly.
 

Registration is FREE; however, members are enjoined to renew/update
their membership. Registration starts at 12:30 p.m. Snacks will be served courtesy of Academic Booksellers Association of the Philippines (ABAP). For inquiries, please call any of the Association’s officers/directors.
