1. Download the membership form.

2. Print and fill out the form.

3. Pay the annual fee of Php 300.00 (plus additional Php 500.00 for new members) by depositing to Philippine National Bank (PNB)  Account #:  168-010-042-835.

4. Scan both membership form and PNB receipt and email as attachments to: ncrplai@gmail.com

​

6. Wait for email confirmation from the PLAI-NCR officer-in-charge.

​

7. Contact any of the officers if confirmation is not received after 2 weeks.
